We are now in September (omg!) and it’s been 8 months since I took on Photography as a freelance career full time. As I look back, the best part of it all has been learning through collaboration with other artists and by assisting other photographers!
I feel so honored to have worked on the shoot above. The entire crew and experience was fabulous and I ended up connecting with Yumi and Megan, who worked with me on my own shoot for Pretty Plum.
Thanks for having me there, Trinette and Chris! I cannot say it enough:
You two are both amazing photographers, mentors, friends! I will work my butt off for you anytime! :D
Here are some more gorgeous pics of that same shoot, for those of you who did not follow my tweets at that time.

And Solage Spa is such a lovely place! I got to stay overnight in one of their bungalows and I highly recommend it. They also provide the coolest bikes for you to cruise around the wine country. Definitely check them out if you are planning a trip to Calistoga.

Speaking of collaboration… Please make sure you check out my dear sponsors on the right! They rock with their art, jewelry, workshops, e-courses, etc. Please do click on their buttons and discover their goodness!
On other news…
I am back from Burning Man and (yes!) we have plenty to catch up here, folks. I still want to share Lovebomb pictures with you and talk about the importance of creating a community and support system, I still want to post a few awesome Life Transition interviews I’ve got lined up (one coming up this Friday!), I need to talk to you about money (and/ or the lack of) and how to deal with that without veering off course in your dream journey, I want to share Burning Man photos (of course!), I want to show you some more pics from my shoots for Pretty Plum’s fall/winter catalog and much more… So much that I’ve been keeping a “future posts” journal to make sure you don’t miss anything (aren’t I very dedicated to you after all? Really, it’s cute, isn’t it? :))
Anyhow… Stay tuned! I’ll be back with a very special and inspiring Life Transition interview on Friday.
Besous ~

  • Fantastic ideas posted here and I enjoy your take on things. One thing I have experienced is what we think about is exactly what we produce. We create our own reality.
