What do you want to do before you die?
“What makes some people more aware of their own mortality than others?
What motivates people to take action in their lives?
What values do we hold as a society?
And what values do other societies around the world find important?”
Currently the project has gathered images from all over US and India.
Here are some of my favorites from the India section… (By now you know that I melt for anything India related, right?)
I want to go to school.
I want to be a famous musician.
Money, money, money, money.
After my studies, my dream is to teach poor kids.
Before I die I want to do a foreign trip.
I try my best for world peace, happiness, also justice for Tibet from Chinese rule. I pray for all humans peace + happiness.
I want to eat + have fun
(Gotta love that elderly wisdom!)

I want to love deeply, live freely and be content
i want to see my boys as older adults, and to know that they are truly happy. i want to be in love just one more time… just. one.more.time. i want to know the world. so much! i want to know the world. xo
i want to see my daughter happy and grown, i want to kiss on grand babies and i want to feel as though i’ve left my mark.

I really love photos taken by Polaroid…but have never own one of these cammies. Love these photos and they are soooo inspirational!
My answer to your question would be i want to be able to live my dream and make it come true! :)

i also want to break free from the dark dreary walls of this miserable cubicle so that i, too, have all the time in my world to fully launch my photography business, write a book (or 50) and guide my children to their own dreams.
Before I die I want to live with no fear or regret.
I want to design full time. I want to walk to see all the slave quarters in West Africa to know where my ancestors came from. I want to see all of the world wide images I’ve dreamt of since I was a little girl (I’ve already seen Christ the Redeemer in Rio). I want to regret nothing that has happened in my life up to this point and beyond.
I’d have to agree with many others, to live completely without any fear or inhibition. Now that’d be an accomplishment.
Like others – I want to escape from my grey cubicle!
I want to find my passion and creativity. I want to nurture my children to be joyful, creative, loving and curious beings. I want to reconnect with my husband. I want to travel, break free from my inhibitions and fears and experience the joy of a full life!
This is very inspiring… my goodness, I might have to come back to answer the question though. My brain is work frazzled at the moment. Is that bad that I don’t automatically know the answer? :-)
oeee…..i would love ‘contentment of the mind’……9more children (just voicing this one…Universe…listening?) ….and to travel more of this gorgeous world of ours! I would also love to meet up with all my friends….to share a giggle and tear…to look in their eyes….mmmmm…that would be fabulous! xx
I want to live in a summer home by the sea and paint, and write, and smell the sea air; I want to take a road trip across Canada and maybe even swerve down to the States; I want to get over my fear of flying and visit France, Italy, and New Zealand; I want to leave my government job and work in a studio surrounded by other creative souls.
I also want to practice patience and being content, opening my eyes and heart to what lies in front of me in the present moment.
Sounds like a lot doesn’t it? :)
I want to fall in love again and be with this person for some good amount of time;
I want my children to be happy in their lives, and for me to be intimately involved with them;
I want to be able to let myself be touched and held again, to my core, to risk that, to be present in life all the way, and to offer that to others;
I want to be a part of a community that is authentic and loving;
make some beautiful art;
dance some beautiful dances;
be in nature often;
i’d love to see my kids continue to grow into a life of joy and love, continue to seek joy and love in my own life, and to have made peace with my life choices by the time i die (but then again, I’m all over India and spirituality these days and knowing that I have yet to evolve to my highest self, you never know, this life may only be the beginning)…
i want to become the very best Me…live authentic and true in every possible way…for whatever that may be…to travel and feed my senses and my soul. and after that, i want to grab someone else by the hand and drag them along! i may have to come back for another life to finish a few things! Linda

wow! you have def. accomplished one thing on your bucket list….. you have inspired. greatly:) its kinda funny, i accidentally stumbled upon your page. i was on etsy and hopped around and landed here. but it was no coincidence. i look at your page and i see me (the me that i wish could be unleashed!) your travels, your art, your “gypsy soul”, your uniqueness. i have all this creativity and passion and cant seem to tap into it! so i decided to start blogging a few weeks ago. and if you dont mind, i would love to reference you and your site:) i am so glad i have found our page!!! because you remind me of the person i wish to be:)
