  • What can I say? I love all of your photos – the composition, color, and subject matter are always professional and exhilarating. You always manage to project what’s inside your head and that incredible right brain via your photography and your blog. Your contest is a great idea! Good luck!

  • How would I begin to pick a favorite?? You are so talented.
Oh…I will close my eyes, no I need them open to type.
Hmm…”Beautiful and graceful” it is a gorgeous photograph.
    ; )
PS; I’m Christina, nice to meet you. ; )

  • hi! i’ve just discovered your beautiful blog today through dreamer girl (who i also just discovered today)… i absolutely love your stunning photographs!!! the one that really stands out for me, so i guess my favorite, is sending a prayer. but really they are all so fantastic. i love the colors and culture you capture… thank you for this fabulous giveaway!!!

  • You have a touch for creating an image with a soul. I love all of your beautiful work but my fav has to be Sweet Frangipa. I stop by now and then to read you insightful thoughts or take in the eyecandy. I really felt your previous post about being happy with the election results though not sure how you feel about the world, maybe a little disenchantment on my part at least.
    Take care.

  • pick me! pick me! the Gypsy Girls Tribe draws my eye back time & again! the colors are absolutely tasty! also Balinese Color Palette makes me want to BE RIGHT THERE! Linda

  • COUNT ME IN!!

  • I just discovered your blog recently, but it’s such an insightful and lovely place that I linked it on my favorite reads. I do tend to lurk though >_>
I have to say my favorite is Sending a Prayer… it catches my eye. Thanks for having a give away!!

  • I love your print “Balinese Color”, beautiful!

  • Wow…pick a favorite? That’s hard! One of my favorites is Sweet Frangipani. :)

  • I like so many of them, they all take me on an adventure of the heart. I am particularly drawn to Drenched.
thanks for having this give away and for sharing your adventures

  • I — in exactly what way is still unclear — am lost. It is fun, follow by scary, pursued by liberating, speckled with disaster, littered with triumph, and most importantly, a process of possibility.
    Lost Birdie encompasses it all.
    Loving your love,
    amy e.

  • well, they really are all beautiful, however i do especially love the frangipani & gypsy love ones.
    thinking of you
    xo

  • Alex,
I love your vibrant colors. They wake me up from the inside. I really love the gypsy girl tribe photo.
Thank you for sharing such lovely photographs.
    Jenn

  • Oh your sari image (from the back) is so beautiful. But it’s your highway one that moves me the most. I, too, have a long way to go.

  • I adore so much so, the sweet frangipani.
Sigh. That is one of my faves :)
It is hard to choose though, Alex.
Your photos are so alive with colour and vibrancy, they are a feast for the eyes!
    xoxo

  • oooohhhh! i love your photos and always up for a give-away :) totally longing for the flower on the step :)
    mucho love to you sweetie!!!

  • I love the lotus of awakening and possibility!

  • I love your rituals for balance. I love the colors, the composition and mostly what it represents. Ritual is sacred and this is divine.
    Thanks for the giveaway.
    Christine

  • You’ve an ‘EYE’ in details and the beauty comes in so natural way.
I’d pick the ”Lonely Goat”. Very nice balance hidden in it.
And, thanks for giving this opportunity to enter.
    N~

  • I’ve just discovered your blog and am really glad that I did! Your photographs are truly beautiful. I love them all, but keep coming back to “Sacred Waters.” It’s stunning!

  • I have come from my girl Maryam’s blog to join the fun! It is very hard to pick just one, but if I am lucky enought to win, I will have to say that little guy sitting down with his umbrella looking unto forever.

  • I love them all, but Gyspy Girls Tribe stands out to me. I can almost hear and smell the streets sounds of India.

  • I still love your signature one.. the one of the gypsy girls. It reminds me of all I love…adventure, travel, mystery, color. This would be a great birthday present for me – mine’s on the 29th!
    Cheryl

  • Love your tribe one and ‘the simple life’.

  • Okay, that’s a difficult assignment. I’d have to say the 5×6 purple lily is a favorite. So delicate. Beautiful photography!

  • You know how much I admire your photographic skills. Am still waiting to see that photo of Christine’s and Marianne’s boots! :) xoxox

  • it’s hard to pick a favorite, they’re all so beautiful :) but i’m going to go with “drenched”, its so peaceful and I love the story behind it.

  • Sending a prayer is my fave…because I’ve been to India, I’ve seen those women and I’ve felt the magic in their flowers, and bracelets and eyes. You totally captured everything about that moment perfectly.

  • I love your blog.
    My favorite is “Drenched”.

  • Lotus awake……. is such a beautiful picture so serene it puts your mind at ease just gazing upon it’s loveliness….. good luck with your sale and count me in for the giveaway !

  • “Discovered” Gypsy Girl’s Guide thanks to Jen Lemen. Love your photographs. I can’t get your Highway photo out of my head.

  • “peaceful backwaters” is probably my favorite. Although, I have to say that something about “Lonely Goat” draws me also.
    They are all quite lovely!

  • Found you from maryam, all your photos are lovely, my favorite is the lonely goat, he makes me smile.

  • They are all so pretty, but I think I like “Rockaway” the best. The composition, colors, and Holga-esque edges are just wonderful.

  • I love lotus flower. The Lotus Awakening calls to me.

  • You honestly have so many gorgeous images, but I have to say that my favorite is “Sending A Prayer.”

  • Your photo “drenched” is wonderful. And how you can you not love the lonely goat?

  • Gypsy Girls Tribe :)

  • Hello! I love Sending a Prayer but my favorite is Lost Birdie. Thank you!

  • I really love your photos.
You capture a lot of feelings in them.
So it is hard to say i like one more than another.
And one of your pics is like me – a lily. :-)

  • I love your photos.
and you have a pic of a Lily. :-)

  • Okay, okay, so I’ll decloak and come out of the murky shadows I was lurking in!
My favourite picture is ‘Lost birdie’. Love the colours and the fun subject.
The sale in your Etsy store is tempting but I’ll wait till the end of this month to buy – you know, just in case I win. Fingers crossed.

  • Your photos are amazing and beautiful. I enjoyed reading your stories that accompanied each photo. I think the photo that I connected with the most was Drenched, followed by Peaceful Backwater, then Sweet Frangipani. I love the vivid colors in many of your photos, but I am always drawn to faded, soft, or gray tones the most. Great giveaway by the way!

  • oh i love them all , so exotic, so different from my every day, intoxicating in an awesome way. i think sending a prayer i love the vividness of the girls and the saris.
    xo k

  • Make a choice? You really are kidding, right?

  • Gypsy Girl’s Tribe. I love the way the saris ‘pop’ the girls out from their surroundings … but I also just love that standing around a stall with a group of girlfriends is such a common, linking thread between women the world-over!

  • What lovely photographs! I would have to say my favorite is the “Gypsy Girls Tribe” photograph, but a close second would be “Drenched.” Thanks for the chance to win!

  • Oh wow, I’m glad I was led to your blog and etsy shop. I really like Balinese Color Palette, as well as the flower on the step.

  • Good for you! I love all of the images but you already know which one is my favorite.
    ;-)

  • AOL led me to this blog post, and it is close to what I was looking for.
