I like this approach - it seems moderate, sensible and yet powerful. I can't get so many of things on your list that I think I might have to stay with my current approach - which is to make the very best of what I can find in Afghanistan (currently fresh mangoes, watermelon, spinach, apples and yesterday - cherries!) and avoiding excess in any area.
I am looking forward to my cleansing retreat in Thailand next month though and I am planning to come back to this when I get home to NZ in the summer!

A~ THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting this information for us. I really liked the approach that this cleanse/lifestyle change took, and it seemed to be a very doable and even enjoyable experience.
Thank you AGAIN for taking the time to document it....xoxoxoxo
