I miss the sky in the big smoke. Its colour and contrasts are always the first thing I notice when I go back to the farm.

You're right. Steve McCurry has taken amazing photographs. I didn't know that the famous photograph of the Afghanistan girl was his. I remember being struck by that haunting image years ago. Thanks for finding his website.
